FNSI

Thanks to Wendy our lovely hostess for FNSI so we could catch up with bloggy friends from all over.  See all the others here.
I managed a few stitches on Lecon de points (stitchery sample book) it has been sitting in the wings for quite awhile now.

Happy stitching....

The sampler book is going to be so lovely, presented on the nice linen. And a fun way to try different stitches.

Well done; I should practice stitches sometimes; not doing much embroidery these days, I am very rusty :-(

Hi Helen,
Your sampler looks absolutely fabulous!
You’ve reminded me of a project I started about 8 years ago. I was newish to embroidery and wanted to make a sort of sampler ..... it was going to be a tea cosy at first and then I thought if used it could become stained and so the project became a bag for my Perlé threads! Except I never finished it ...... I think I should search for it! It’s pretty basic but it would be nice finished.
Hugs,
Barbara x 🙂
